Booking Conditions
- Check out time is 10am.
- Accomodation is provided at the Facility with proof of payment.
- Cash, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
- Guest must pay their account before checking in, at the termination of stay, or as otherwise arranged.
- Cancellation and prepayment policy –
- Cancellation 12 – 24 hours before attracts 50% charge
- Cancellation less that 12 hours before attracts 100% charge (No show)
- Cancellation after confirmation 36 hours before check-in date attracts 100% charge (No show)
- No communication(No show) after acceptance attracts 100% charge
